Antiscalant For RO Membrane

EN-170 is an efficient liquid scale inhibitor/dispersant, used to control the formation of scale in membrane separation systems caused by CaCO3, CaSO4, BaSO4, SrSO4 and iron oxide precipitation. It is widely applicable to various water sources. Using this scale inhibitor can extend the cleaning cycle of the system, prolong the lifespan of the membrane and reduce costs.

1.It can be used for the production of drinking water systems;
2. Compatible with organic flocculants;
3. Effectively prevent the formation of calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate, barium sulfate and strontium sulfate scale. With an L.S.I value as high as 3.0, scale formation will not occur.
4. Applicable to major reverse osmosis membranes such as those from Heidenhain of the United States, Dow of the United States, General Fluid of the United States, Toray of Japan, and Seokhan of South Korea;
5. Disperse the blocking particles to keep the surface of the reverse osmosis membrane clean;
6. The pH range of the incoming water, which is 5 to 9, is still within the effective range.
7. It can be added directly with the original solution or diluted before adding.

The dosage point of EN-170 is usually before the precision filter. The typical dosage amount is 1 to 4 mg/L, which may vary depending on the customer's water quality and the operation conditions of the RO equipment.
Notes:

Apply RO permeation water for dilution.
2. Reconfigure the scale inhibitor solution every 3 to 5 days.
3. Before readding the solution, it is necessary to check the daily dosage storage container of the scale inhibitor. If necessary, clean this storage container before adding the solution.
4. A dilution ratio of up to 10 times is usually employed. If a dilution ratio higher than 10 times is required, special attention should be paid to the condition of the storage container for the scale inhibitor (its cleanliness level), and the solution should be re-prepared every 1-3 days.

The products are packaged in 20L or 25L plastic drums, or according to the customer's requirements.
Store in a dark place. The shelf life is two years.

This product has a certain irritant effect on the skin. During use, please wear protective equipment to prevent it from splashing onto the eyes or skin. If it splashes onto the eyes or skin, immediately rinse with water.
Note: The diluted solution should be used as soon as possible to achieve better scale inhibition effect.
