The scale inhibitor is composed of styrene sulfonic acid (SSS), polyepoxysuccinic acid (PESA), polyaspartic acid (PASP) and 2-phosphonobutane-1,2,4-tricarboxylic acid (PBTC), wherein the mass ratio of SSS, PESA, PASP and PBTC is (30-50): (15-25): (20-30): (5-10). The present invention provides a preparation method of scale inhibitor for oilfield reinjection water. The above four materials are added into a stirring container in sequence according to a certain mass ratio, stirred and dissolved, and the scale inhibitor is obtained. The scale inhibitor is a super concentrated liquid agent and can be infinitely diluted for use. The above four materials are compounded according to a certain mass ratio, and the scale inhibition effect is significantly better than that of a single material; The dosage of the scale inhibitor is lower than any existing oilfield reinjection water scale inhibitor in China, which can save the cost of chemicals for oilfield development. The oilfield reinjection water scale inhibitor of the present invention has a stable hydrolysis effect under high hardness, high alkalinity and high temperature conditions, has an excellent scale inhibition and dispersion effect on calcium carbonate and calcium phosphate, has a good dispersion effect on iron oxide, and has a good stabilization effect on zinc salts, and can be widely used in the fields of oilfield reinjection water and conventional water treatment.
