Decolorizing flocculant
Effluent Decolorizing Focculent is used for effective removal of colors for waste water produced in dyestuff plants. Cationic by nature, offered flocculent promotes sediment formation of suspended color and solids from handled waste water. Offered flocculent is also effective in supporting chemical oxygen demand of treated waste water. Its dosage depends on the quantity of treated effluent. Available in liquid form, effluent decolorizing flocculent is non toxic by composition and it readily dissolves in water. Before its application, ph value of waste water needs to be adjusted to get the desired result.

Scope of application
It is mainly used for decolorization of high chroma wastewater from dye plants, and can be applied to wastewater treatment of reactive, acidic and Disperse dye.
Bleaching agents can also be used for the treatment of textile and printing wastewater, as well as for the treatment of industrial wastewater such as pigments, inks, and papermaking.
This product can also be used as a reinforcing agent, sizing agent, and charge neutralizer for papermaking. The use of decolorizing agent is very similar to that of Aluminium chlorohydrate, which is added after dissolution. When small flocs appear in the water, polyacrylamide is used to aid coagulation and separation. Decolorizing agent can be used alone or together with Aluminium chlorohydrate, because of the synergistic effect of different agents, it has better water purification effect. Due to the delamination of decolorizing agents below 0 ° C, it is best to store at a temperature above 0 ° C. If layering occurs, stir evenly and dissolve before use, without affecting the effect.

Usage and Precautions
1. Dilute the product with 10-50 times of water, and then directly add to the water, stir for a few minutes after settlement or air flotation, you can get the decolorized clear liquid;
2. The ph value of wastewater adjusted to 7-10 can improve the treatment effect;
3. When the color and cod of the wastewater is high, it can be used with polyaluminum chloride, but it can not be mixed. In this way, the treatment cost can be reduced, and whether to add polyaluminum chloride first or later should be determined according to the test and treatment process.
Decolorizing Flocculant Production Process
During the preparation process of the dicyandiamide-formaldehyde polycondensate decolorizing flocculant, the raw materials must be heated to initiate the condensation reaction. The preparation method of the present invention is: Adding dicyandiamide, formaldehyde, and ammonium chloride into the reaction kettle in proportion to mix them, and then adding a certain amount of calcium chloride, and using the heat released when calcium chloride is dissolved in water to make the reaction kettle The raw material temperature rises locally at the bottom, thereby initiating the condensation reaction of dicyandiamide-formaldehyde.
