1. Polymer flocculant (polyacrylamide series PAM) APAM Anionic Polyacrylamide Appearance: White granules/powder Applicable: Sedimentation of suspended solids in inorganic wastewater Scenario: Sand washing, mineral processing, steel plant wastewater, river water purification, sludge settling, industrial wastewater primary settling Principle: Negative charges adsorb sediment and metal hydroxides in water, causing them to agglomerate and sink CPAM cationic polyacrylamide Applicable: Dehydration of organic sludge Scenario: Biochemical sludge from municipal sewage treatment plants, slaughter, kitchen, printing and dyeing sludge, frame/centrifuge pressing and dewatering Principle: Neutralize the negative charge of sludge colloids, form a dense mud cake, and reduce the moisture content of the mud cake NPAM non-ionic polyacrylamide Applicable: Acidic wastewater, inorganic colloids, soil solid-liquid separation, ink wastewater 2.
