• Product Features:

High Efciency Decolorizing Flocculant is a quaternary ammonium type cationic polymer, also known as dicyandiamide formaldehyde condensation resin. It has functions such as decolorization, flocculation, and removal of COD.

• Application Scope:

1) Its unique decolorization ability is mainly applied to the decolorization treatment of high-color wastewater in printing and dyeing factories and dye factories.
2) High Efciency Decolorizing Flocculant can also be used for the treatment of industrial wastewater from industries such as textiles, printing and dyeing, papermaking, coking, and ink.
3) In the paper industry, this product can be used as an anionic waste capture agent and a charge neutralizer.

• Usage Method and Precautions:

1. Dilute High Efciency Decolorizing Flocculant with 10 to 40 times the amount of water, then directly add it to the water, stir for a few minutes, and then perform sedimentation or air flotation to obtain the clear liquid after decolorization.
2.  Adjust the pH value of the wastewater to 7-10 to improve the treatment effect. The best result is achieved when it is adjusted to 8.
3.  High Efciency Decolorizing Flocculant can be used in combination with polyaluminum chloride, but cannot be mixed. This can reduce the treatment cost. Whether to add polyaluminum chloride first or later should be determined based on experiments and the treatment process.

• Packaging and Storage:

1. 1250 kilograms IBC or 250 kilograms plastic drums.
2. This product is a common chemical product. It should be stored at room temperature. Do not expose it to direct sunlight. It is recommended to store at a temperature range of 5-30℃.
3. The product has a shelf life of 12 months.
4. When this product is stored at low temperature, if there is any layering or whitening, it is considered a normal phenomenon. After stirring evenly, it will not affect the usage effect.
